Carry cereals and milk powder for breakfast. Plan out each meal. You need to have an idea about the foodstuffs that have to be taken along, whether you are going hiking or camping.
Carry your sunglasses, if you feel necessary. The mountain air and sun could cause blisters. Never forget to apply sun protection creams on your face and limbs.
